Educational Initiatives - Lead Regional Manager- Sales (8-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve personal sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients.
- Take a solution and consultative selling approach to ensure clients- needs are accurately met.
- Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies. Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; closing; handover to the account management team.
- Prepare proposals, detailed costings and contract documents for review by Sales leadership prior to presentation to clients.
- Develop new business relationships and deliver outstanding service experience to existing clients.
- Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with clients, industry conventions, events and seminars.
- Provide regular feedback/response/Reports to Sales leadership.
- Develop team capabilities through learning programs, regular product training and effective mentoring.
Desired Profile
- 8-10 years- experience into sales
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Must have spent 3-4 years in frontline sales.
- Managerial experience of 4-5 years at various levels.
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Must have managed remote teams
- Good at data analysis
- Education industry exposure is preferred
