Educational Counselor/Sales Professional (2-4 yrs)
Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the students and their parents directly, over phone, over mail or through video presence Counsel Students and Parents about our courses.
- Directly, over phone, over mail or through video presence
- Counsel Students and Parents about our courses.
- Interaction with Students and Parents on regular basis
- Support the students and parents throughout the admission process by answering their queries.
- Maintain the target metrics by converting potential students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English. Command over Hindi and Kannada would be added advantage.
- Report daily, weekly and monthly status.
- Should be target oriented and enthusiastic towards the role.
- An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups.
- Flexibility over working hours
- Must Have Pleasing Personality, Excellent Communication and Soft Spoken.
