- Visa and Documentation : Provide information on visa requirements and guide students through the application process. Assist with document procurement, such as passport and travel documents.

- Cultural and Pre-departure Orientation : Offer information and resources to help students adapt to their new environment. Provide pre-departure orientation sessions to prepare them for life abroad.

- Maintain Records : Keep detailed records of student interactions and progress to ensure efficient tracking and reporting.
