Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve & Exceed Revenue Targets
- Generate leads & fix appointments
- Develop month- on- month sales models for proven business growth
- Understanding the need/requirement of the students and offer Toppr products that would be beneficial to the student
- Counsel students and parents to buy Toppr's subscription
Education Counselors at Toppr
- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior
- Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
- Thrive in a fast paced ambiguous work environment
- Good Communication skills in English and the regional language
Qualification & Skills
- MBA or Graduate with minimum 6 months sales experience.
- Freshers are also eligible with excellent communication skills(Only MBA & PGDM Freshers can apply)
- Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage
