2. Develop and implement an all-encompassing educational and counseling plan
3. Foster equal opportunity practice and encourage students' association
4. Pay attention to cultural and societal differences in dealing with the students
5. Conduct group or individual counseling sessions to assist with problems or concerns
6. Prepare and present reviews
