The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Conduct counseling sessions for walk-in inquiries, following established procedures.
- Collaborate with the Manager daily for smooth operations and communication.
- Embrace a six-day workweek with dedication.
- Showcase strong English communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in a supportive team environment.
- Prior experience in coaching or counseling preferred.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Counsellor or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Education industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of Good communication, Soft Spoken and Quick Learner
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
