Education Counsellor (2-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Career Counseling:
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and professionals to assess their career goals, interests, and skills.
- Provide personalized guidance and advice on course selection, career paths, and skill development.
- Assist clients in creating actionable career development plans.
2. Training Delivery:
- Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars on relevant topics to help clients acquire new skills and knowledge.
- Adapt training materials to meet the specific needs of different clients and audiences.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
3. Client Support:
- Maintain regular contact with clients to track their progress and offer ongoing support.
- Address any concerns or challenges faced by clients during their career development journey.
- Provide resources, tools, and recommendations to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their objectives.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of counseling and training sessions.
- Generate reports on client progress and training outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Stay Informed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, job market changes, and educational offerings to provide the most current and relevant advice to clients.
- Continuously improve your own counseling and training skills.
6. Sales Presentations & Closing Sales:
- Conduct persuasive and informative sales presentations over the phone to articulate the value of our offerings and convert leads into customers.
- Skillfully navigate objections and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Counseling, Education, Psychology).
- Proven experience in career counseling, training, or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor.
- Knowledge of educational and career development resources.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
