Criteria :

- 1- 4 years experience

- Good communication skill

- Must be good in MS Excel, MS Word

- Good excel knowledge

Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle student walk-in inquiries and provide course information to students

- Handle and follow-up with all leads assigned by the HO Counsellor and counsel them to visit the center

- Regularly sync with the Trainer on high level course content and common student questions in order to be more independent in the enrollment process.

- Guide students through the admission and enrollment process

- Conduct initial student assessments (ELAT) and share test results with the Center Manager

- Maintain relationship with student's parents to ensure placement and successful course completion

- Collect the fees from the students, issue online cash receipts and hand over the cash to the Center Managers on a daily basis

- Follow-up with students & parents on student absenteeism and interview attendance

- Update records in internal software and ensure the information accuracy

- Update software on receiving the training material at the Center

- Work with MIS and maintain there all activities and stock
