EdQuest - Manager - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities and Expectations :
1. To approach schools across the allocated market and pitch EdQuest's offerings pre-made academic & cultural tours, exchange programs and global conferences.
2. To curate the inventory, build and design itineraries as per the client's requirement and objectives, if not available in our pre-existing set of offerings.
3. To generate sales leads and follow-up persuasively and persistently towards deal closure; achieve a minimum sales target of 3 schools/40 students per quarter.
4. To deliver product presentations to the heads of schools, the school management for product clarity and information seminars to parents and students to elicit a greater response.
5. To demonstrate professionalism while maintaining relationships with prospective/existing clients as well as customers.
6. To travel intra-state and inter-state and visit prospective clients/school heads; at least thrice a week.
Work Hours : 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM | 6 Days/Week
Educational Qualification : Fresher/ Sales Experience of 1-3 Years
Other Expectations :
1. Formal Dressing Suits/Shirt & Trousers.
2. Frequent travel intra/inter-state through Volvo/Shatabdi.
3. Quarterly assessment of sales target.
Other Information :
1. You shall report directly to the CEO.
2. Travel Bills shall be reimbursed on a monthly basis.
3. Performance Bonus/Variable remuneration shall be on quarterly basis.
