Job Description :
- Initiating phone conversation with parents who register on our platform
- Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls
- Generating revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales.
- Advising student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Performance driven and achieving targets
Skills Preferred :
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to persuade and negotiate
- Ability to work under high performance high growth environment
- Ability to work in a team
- Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated
