We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an IIM US Sales representative. This role involves working in the US time zone (night shift for Bangalore location) and requires strong convincing skills.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Acquisition: Drive sales in the US market, identify new business opportunities, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in the US market.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
Education: Degree from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) or equivalent.
Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
Skills: Excellent convincing and negotiation skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in night shifts.
Others: Willingness to work in the US time zone (night shift).
Note: This role requires working in night shifts to align with the US time zone. Candidates must be comfortable with this schedule.
