Edfora - Education Consultant (0-3 yrs)
Role Overview:
As an Educational Consultant, you will be responsible for all aspects of the customer acquisition life- Cycle. This will include tele-counselling, revenue generation, brand awareness and all other aspects related to sales and customer servicing.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with students appearing for competitive exams like JEE, KVPY, NTSE, BITSAT & Olympiads and other exams offering solutions that benefit students and improve the overall business productivity and profitability.
- Lead generation & opportunity funnel creation through tele-counselling/Online-demonstration.
- Counselling, relationship building and after sales support.
- Acquisition of customer for our range of products to students.
- Identify, analyse, pursue and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Engage with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- handling all incoming calls/Perform outbound calls from prospective clients.
- Handling inquiries and getting enrolments.
- Maintain and update daily work database and ensuring daily, weekly and monthly goal's.
- Willingness to grow within the segment and lead in future
Requirement :
- Any graduate with good communication skills preferably from education counselling and sales
- Must have expert convincing skills.
- Comfortable with start-up expectation.
