Role overview

As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you will be responsible for leading and expanding our sales efforts in the Mumbai region. Your primary focus will be to develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for cloud solutions and SaaS products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, enterprise solutions, and key account management

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, driving high performance.

Revenue & Pipeline Management: Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.

- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

- Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and finalize deals to maximize profitability.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 4-6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Cloud Solutions, SaaS, or Enterprise Sales.


- Understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and their applications.

- Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing complex deals.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or SaaS solutions is a plus.

- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for pipeline management. Willingness to travel within the Mumbai region for client meetings and business development.
