Econolytics - Executive - Inside Sales (1-2 yrs)
An inside sales executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and generating leads. We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales member that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
S.NO Role & Responsibilities :
1 Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
2 Understand customer needs and requirements
3 Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales or management members for further development and closure
4 Achieve the set goals/targets (weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-annually, annually)
5 Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
6 Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
7 Team with channel partners to build pipeline and generate leads
8 Perform effective online demos to prospects
9 Maintain daily reports and create consolidated reports for reviews (weekly, monthly)
Requirements :
1 Proven inside sales experience
2 Track record of over-achieving goals/targets
3 Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
4 Proficient with power point presentation tools and demo presentations
5 Excellent verbal and written communications skills
6 Strong listening and presentation skills
7 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
8 BA/BCom/BBA/BS degree or equivalent
