What you will be doing :
- Planning the overall digital marketing strategy with short and long term business objectives in mind
- Building and leading a team
- Planning and executing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, social media, content, email and display advertising
- Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Evaluating relevant marketing tools and technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Expected to work in close coordination with the top management
- Develop a strategy for the improvement of organic positioning on Search
- Work with the digital implementation team to launch and optimize paid search campaigns across product lines and countries to ensure strong Quality Scores, CTRs, and Cost-Per-Lead metrics.
- Define audience segments that align with product line goals and launch display/remarketing campaigns that engage those audiences.
- Strategize, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Assist with driving strategy around website personalization and conversion optimization across web properties.
- Track, Analyze, and Optimize the impact of digital tactics on qualified website visitor traffic and website form conversions
- Develop a localized SEO roadmap and actively optimize client's international web properties for higher natural search rankings and incremental natural search traffic and conversions.
- Managing and improving all components of AdWords quality score which include: Ad Relevance, Expected CTR, and Landing Page Experience
- Preparing design assets for Google Display Network campaigns in Photoshop by sourcing images and making necessary modifications
- Monitoring and testing campaign SMART bidding strategies: Target CPA, Target ROAS, Enhanced CPC, Maximize Conversions, etc.
Responsibilities and Duties :
What You Need For This Position :
- Strong familiarity with paid search, display advertising, SEO and paid social strategy, implementation, & optimization
- Experience working with campaigns over 100,000 keywords preferred
- 3-5 years- experience managing digital marketing in-house or at an agency
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst)
- Must have experience working with multiple clients or accounts simultaneously
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication
- Must have advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Previous client interfacing experience is strongly desired
- Basic knowledge of HTML and content management systems is preferred
- International/multi-national campaign management experience a plus
- AdWords certification a plus
- SEO, google keywords, SEMrush, CMS, PPC, Ahref, Google analytics, SEM,
- In-depth knowledge of current SEO tools and practices.
- Adequate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript & Wordpress & php.
- Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in multiple CMS environments
- Demonstrated Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google keyword tool, SEMRUSH, etc.)
- Expert with Web Design, PPC, Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager/Page Manager, Google Analytics, Bing Ads
- Good Knowledge of Social Media & content management
- Hands on experience in MS Office
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends
