Lenino brand is a startup in the children's clothing industry, known for its quality and stylish designs for New born babies. With a focus on customer satisfaction and innovation, we are expanding our presence in the online marketplace and seeking a talented Ecommerce Manager to join our team.

Job Description :

As an Ecommerce Manager at Lenino Kidswear, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales growth and expanding our reach across various platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing sales data, optimizing strategies, and managing our presence on key platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, and other popular fashion websites, as well as direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms in India. Additionally, you will lead the onboarding process for new D2C sales channels, including Amazon Global.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Analysis : Utilize your expertise to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive sales growth.

2. Platform Management : Manage and optimize our presence on Flipkart, Amazon, and other fashion websites to maximize visibility, conversions, and revenue.

3. D2C Platforms : Oversee sales on direct-to-consumer platforms in India, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving customer acquisition and retention.

4. Product Uploading and Inventory Management : Take charge of uploading products and updating inventories across all D2C platforms, ensuring accurate listings and availability.

5. Photoshoot Coordination : Collaborate with the photoshoot agency to plan and execute cost-effective photoshoots while maintaining high-quality standards for product imagery.

6. Cost-Effective Photoshoots : Negotiate with the photoshoot agency to get the best cost-effective deals without compromising on the quality of photoshoots, ensuring that product visuals meet brand standards and attract customers.

7. Marketing Collaboration : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies for promoting our products online and driving traffic to our platforms.

8. Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of orders.

9. Customer Experience : Work towards enhancing the overall customer experience by optimizing product listings, managing reviews and ratings, and addressing customer inquiries and feedback promptly.

Requirements :

1. Proven track record of 3 to 4 years in ecommerce management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage sales data to make data-driven decisions.

3. Experience in managing sales on platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, and D2C channels.

4. Familiarity with ecommerce tools and platforms, including inventory management systems and analytics tools.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
