eCommerce Manager - Online Business (5-10 yrs)
- Managing entire online business (own website and marketplace) with 6 private label brands and 40 external brands.
- Responsible for E Commerce Sales & Merchandise on Marketplace with a 5-member team, (Myntra, PayTM, Flipkart, Amazon, Limeroad, Tatacliq) & individual brand websites
- Ensuring margin delivery along with managing markdowns for Private Labels.
- Managing marketplace sales of Private label- Sales forecast, relationship management.
- Making marketing calendar and setting guidelines for offers and promotions and notifications; Coordinating with marketing team for growth of category.
- Tradeshow buying for private labels and season launch plans.
- Maintaining right sales mix in terms of seasonality, category, and brands.
- Own monthly/quarterly category planning, forecasting with strategic partners.
- OTB planning based on budgets with planning team.
- Inventory Management-Planning for inventory flow for entire category.
- Availability of top sellers inventory
- New brand launch and negotiations.
- Taking actions based on Google Analytics.
- Reduced returns by 2 percent
- Cross function stake holder management- Finance, Ops, Marketing, Catalogue.
- Co-ordination with various marketplace partners & internal brand SPOCs to boost sales through brand/category/season wise sales & promotions plan.
- Co-ordination with marketing & content team for driving sales for individual brand websites through GTM, promotional activities & content.
- Planning monthly & annual sales budget in co-ordination with internal & external stakeholders for individual brands for marketplace & brand websites based on category & season, stories.
