eCommerce Manager - Customer Success - FMCG (2-5 yrs)
- 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Success or an Account Management role in FMCG environment (Preferred)
- Ability to work well with a team
- Must have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a changing environment.
- Communicates effectively-tailored messages appropriately to various stakeholders.
- Responsible for building & nurturing relations on Ecommerce & key personnel with Portal
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships on Ecommerce
- Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales with Ecommerce Portal.
- Generate sales among Ecommerce Portal, including up-selling and cross-selling
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers and addressing their concerns & complaints if.
- Manage projects with Ecommerce Portal., working to carry out goals while meeting company goals
- Coordinate with internal cross functional teams to ensure consistent service to multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
