Job Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings on online marketplaces, focusing primarily on Flipkart.
- Oversee inventory, plan weekly offers/discounts, and develop promotional strategies across various marketplaces.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with designated contacts at all marketplaces
.-Identify and resolve product, service, or marketplace issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure order placements on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Meesho.-Ensure all review ratings go live within the specified turnaround time (TAT).
- Monitor review ratings to meet the set targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team for graphic needs and coordinate with finance for pending invoice clearance.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication skills-Proficiency in Excel-Excellent interpersonal skills-Effective negotiation abilities
Additional Requirements :
- Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, and Quickcommerce platforms, with a focus on revenue generation and team management.
- Growth-oriented mindset.-Strong analytical skills, especially with numerical data and Excel.-Proficient in spoken and written English.
