eCommerce Executive - Sales (0-1 yrs)
- The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, ensuring the smooth operation of the web store, and Marketplace Channels.
Job Responsibility :
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and prices on the e-commerce website.
- Managing & handling seller central panels.
- Daily Order processing, Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports generate.
- Marketplace Management Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio etc
- Onboarding new Ecommerce Marketplace.
- Onboarding Listing in Local Classifieds Upload and manage products.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and availability of products.
- Work on SEO to improve brand performance.
- Address customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Handle Returns and shipping query and etc
- Generate regular Insights & Sale reports on e-commerce performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends and best practices.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipping, and delivery.
- Logistics Aggregator management.
Skill :
- Marketplace Management.
- Logistics Management.
- Inventory Management.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
- Ecommerce Operation.
