eCommerce Creative Director (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction for product photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring they align with the brand's aesthetic and storytelling goals.
- Approve final product images, banners, and social media content before they go live.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to execute visually compelling content.
- Maintain consistency in visual communication across all ecommerce channels, including website, marketplaces, and social media.
- Develop and implement guidelines for product presentation, styling, and visual merchandising.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize images and visuals for promotional campaigns and seasonal launches.
- Analyze visual performance metrics and recommend improvements for engagement and conversion.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitors to ensure our brand remains visually appealing and innovative.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising, ecommerce content management, or a similar creative role.
- Strong understanding of photography, videography, and design aesthetics.
- Experience in directing photoshoots and selecting final images for ecommerce and marketing purposes.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
