Ecom Express - Key Account Manager/Strategic Account Manager (7-15 yrs)
Looking for a highly competitive individual for 3PL & E-fulfillment business unit. (PAN India Fulfillment Centers Operations);
Key Result Areas :
- Drive sales in a self- motivated environment
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Fulfilment Service & Warehouse Sales.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
Make sure you have these :
- Knowledge of solution designing, project evaluations, costing for FC's, infra design is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of logistics operations with FC's/ hubs is required
- Must have worked in B2B environment along with B2C
Preferred: MBA with Supply Chain Experience particularly in contract logistics
