Job Description : Senior Business Development
Position Requirements :
- Education in Engineering(B.E/B.Tech),Business/marketing, with good knowledge relating to new business development, marketing, and sales.
- Must have an experience 3-4 years in Technical Equipment or Engineering Machineries and Real Estate.
- Field Work with Promotional Work.
- Should be able to sale high value products.
- Familiar with STP/ETP/CETP All types of Waste water treatment plants .
Responsibilities :
1. Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
2. Identifying potential clients.
3. Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. Willing to meet the client on requirement and follow up on regular basis.
4. Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
5. Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing team lead.
6. Assist with drafting business plans, presentations, reference products and other documents as required.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
8. Identify new business opportunities.
9. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
Requirements :
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
3. Strong organization and project management skills.
4. Friendly and personable demeanors. 5.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
6. Excellent presentation skills - Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong multitasking abilities.
Other Requirements :
- Preferably must have their own transport.
