Eclipse Prism Medical Group - Manager - Marketing (8-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Collect genuine market & product feedback & Identify new markets and unmet customer needs
- Willingness to travel, meet new people and build a strong rapport with the end-user
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company and drive qualified traffic. Work closely with the Director to set the marketing strategy for the business.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Develop digital marketing strategies. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Strong technical background and Acumen is a must. Quick learning ability to understand the product thoroughly
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors, customers. Create brand value in the customer's minds. Provide timely inputs to the R&D team
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Manage and approve marketing/promotional materials from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. Report findings to the executive team.
- Analyze consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly. Researching and analysing market trends and competitors.
- Overseeing the company's attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
- Manage a sales team and conduct periodic training and knowledge up-gradation
- Periodical visits to distribution partners to understand their challenges and develop strategies to boost them through marketing
Requirements :
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
Demonstrable Leadership skills :
- Numerically literate, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing
- B.Com/M.Com, BSc./MSc., B.E./M.E. degree. Postgraduation in Marketing is a must
