Being a Sales Manager, you are required to meet a monthly target set by the company from time to time and will be incentivized upon meeting the target. 


Apart from this you need to perform following roles and responsibilities :


1. Lead generation through online and offline channels.

2. Cold Calling the leads and set up physical meeting with the customers to close the deal.

3. Adhering to the monthly target set by the management and achieve the same in the timely manner.

4. Reporting all activities and results to the management and constantly evolve sales process to achieve better results.

5. Coordinate with internal teams to upsell value added services to new and existing clients.
