Performance Marketing Manager - Job Description

Responsibilities

- Develop a strong performance marketing strategy

- Create, manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns/ads on multiple platforms including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CPL, CPS, etc.

- Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics

- Integrate emerging platforms and technologies into the creative and production processes

- Conduct A/B and multivariate experiments

- Measure and report performance of campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and take timely actions to maximize output

- Collaborate with content and design teams to improve landing pages and optimize the user experience

Job Requirements

- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing ad campaigns end-to-end across various platforms, especially Google and Facebook.

- Ability to do A/B testing, carry out experiments, and derive insights on a regular basis

- Good understanding of various ad formats, landing pages, marketing collaterals, etc. to optimize KPIs

- Proficient in carrying out quick analyses to figure out what's going wrong and how to fix issues.

- Highly pro-active in terms of researching new features/strategies and coming up with suitable recommendations.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Research-oriented and data-oriented

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
