EC-Council - Manager - Channel Sales (4-15 yrs)
Job Description :
This is a highly strategic position. The ideal candidate is a leader with a proven track record of driving business growth in the region assigned for the success of our Sales and Business Development across the globe. This is an opportunity to build the foundation for large-scale enterprise & Channel sales in a rapidly growing industry.
Candidate Description :
- Experience at a high growth start up with the ability to take ownership of all phases of the sales cycle and navigate the path through the highly complex buying cycles.
- Data-driven and skilled at forecasting and predicting business results and able to pivot when necessary.
- Disciplined and accountable. Thoughtful. Demonstrates a tendency to work with a Partner's needs in mind and work backward from there to achieve mutual success.
- Strong operational discipline and technical project management experience
- Channel Development experience running all aspects of strategic transactions.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with a successful track record of closing high value deals.
- Extremely strong communication and effective negotiation skills.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute aggressive Channel sales and Channel partner acquisition & sales strategies to increase revenue growth.
- Prepare and track sales goals, forecasts, and KPIs for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Partner with Marketing leadership on designing comprehensive go-to-market plans and campaigns and manage all aspects of alignment, business planning and execution.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the team & participate in succession planning.
- Builds relationships across functions, both within sales and company-wide, to facilitate highly effective sales process.
- Actively participates with and presents to senior leadership the sales strategies, progress metrics, and action plans.
- Ensures adherence to both company and external Statutory compliance requirements.
