Are you an enthusiastic ORM & content writing intern looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity? EC-Council, World's largest technical cybersecurity certification body, is looking for a creative and motivated ORM & content writing intern to join its dynamic team. In this role, you will be managing the company's online reputation and curating exciting, informative content for the website and social media platforms. You will also be required to interact with customers on our social media channels to address queries and ensure consistent communication of our brand message.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include :

1. Monitor, respond to, and manage online reviews on various platforms

2. Create and manage content for social media platforms and website

3. Interact with customers on various social media channels

4. Analyze customer feedback and create reports

5. Monitor social media trends

Note : We are looking for a candidate who has excellent communication& writing skills, is creative, and knows how to use social media to their advantage. If you think you have the right skills and attitude, we look forward to hearing from you.
