EC Council - Executive - Acquisition Marketing (2-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out research to understand the depth, feasibility and the potential of the assigned topic.
- Get familiar with the assigned topic to understand the customer requirement and find the right resource to offer the best solution.
- Headhunt experienced professionals/trainers/experts on various technologies to author video courses.
- Clearly explain the expected quality of work, gauge their experience on the topic and mutually negotiate terms of agreements with the experts to recruit them as authors
- Evaluate the submissions by the authors resolving errors making it customer friendly.
- Build a professional network and engage professionals to get the courses authored and reviewed, hence supporting the project pipeline.
Primary Skills :
- Thorough web researcher with the ability to find the right resources and contacts syncing it to the requirement.
- Keen futurists to bring the latest advancement to the world by collaborating with enterprises and professionals to help them compete with the faced paced world
- Deep customer insight to help drive technical discussions with the authors to provide best and unique solutions via video training courses.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and excellent interpersonal skills
Qualification :
- Graduate, Engineering, MBA or both would be preferred
- Experience in Media/Publishing/eLearning industry would be added advantage
