The job responsibilities will include but not limited to developing and managing new and existing online (primarily) as well as offline marketing programs with demonstrated expertise in project management and creative thinking. This is a hand's on position requiring a strong understanding of implementing, overseeing and growing a diverse marketing strategy. As a senior leader, the Director - Marketing will create and establish best practices across the organization and partner with Technology and Retail teams in streamlining the processes that are essential for marketing operations.
JOB ROLE AND FUNCTIONS :
- Translate sales objectives (both opportunity and relationship-based) into objectives and project plans for marketing support
- Develop strategies for delivering affiliate marketing, display advertising, and social media marketing.
- Manage the company's public website, microsites, social media and digital media platforms
- Identify, design, and analyse new brand-appropriate online marketing initiatives and partnerships.
- Develop and run PR campaigns, blogs, media functions, press conferences, corporate events
- Conduct business analysis, derive, and document business requirements, plans and specifications for key marketing programs and new initiatives.
- Review, evaluate, and prioritize current and proposed marketing enhancements against business and customer needs.
- Develop a strong understanding of the InfoSec industry and customer expectations.
- Manage, Coach, and Mentor department staff and maintain budget and develop tracking mechanisms.
- Communicate report and share key programs and results on a consistent basis.
- Manage relationships with marketing vendors and other third parties on behalf of company.
- Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers- expectations and to build the credibility of brands
- Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
- Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
- Overall ownership for lead generation program timelines, ensuring that all activities occur as planned and that campaigns are executed on time and delivered against agreed upon KPIs
- Responsible for the implementation of lead scoring and associated lead nurturing campaigns, leveraging marketing automation tools and capabilities
Education and Experience Required :
- Bachelor's Master's Degree in Marketing. MBA preferred
- 12 - 15 years of marketing experience, including offering marketing, segment marketing, partner marketing, market research and customer database/analytics.
- Formal education and training in Digital Marketing preferred
- Experience constructing and presenting professional presentations and marketing metrics review data to senior management.
