Tele Sales at an Award Winning Startup

From a tele sales executive, you can look for a career in digital marketing or sales or operations in 18 to 24 months time.

You will work with a bunch of people who are experienced and credible having worked with some of the best corporates and earned their qualifications at best schools. Cargill / Godrej / J&J / JPMorgan / HSBC / FMS / Univeristy of Chichago / ACT London / ICAI to name a few.

Your daily responsibility will include:

1. Calling customers & prospects for explaining eBZaars business and looking to convert them

2. Keep track of daily calling activity, track feedback and repeat calls where call could not be completed for first time

3. Follow up with clients who wanted more info

4. Support Ops and Marketing team in their tasks and/or share feedback periodically about what customers are talking about eBZaar so that we can improve

5. Completing Customer feedback surveys and obtaining testimonials

You will need to be polite and professional at all times, and need to show patience and calm while dealing with customers. Customer centricity is a must.

Only those candidates can apply who:

- Can preferably start asap, in 15 days or less

- Are from Mumbai

- Recent graduates or max 1-2 years work experience

- Fluent in English & Hindi - both written and verbal. Marathi language command will be advantage.

- have a good command on MS Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint
