Responsibilities
- Lead All round Consumer Marketing Efforts for an eCommerce startup including Markteting, Digital Marketing, Campaigns, Promotions, etc.
- Creating innovative and effective 360- marketing campaigns supporting sales and awareness in the eCommerce environment.
- Devise strategies for effective & efficient marketing of a startup.
- Lead execution of marketing campaign tactics
- Write creative briefs and manages timelines & outcome of deliverables
- Create and communicate campaign timelines and updates with merhant partners on an on-going basis.
- Ensure proper collection and monitoring of data to assess ongoing performance and KPI tracking.
- Analyze post-campaign performance and assesses learnings to report ROI and direct future campaign planning.
- Research and evaluate new and innovative marketing tactics, agencies and partnerships to continuously evolve marketing plans
- Present strategies, campaigns and analysis at internal meetings
Requirements
- BMS degree or higher
- At least 2-4 years of broad Marketing experience.
- Experience working in eCommerce or Retail highly preferred.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
