EbixCash - Executive - Telesales (0-3 yrs)
A pre-sales representative is first point of contact for the customer who has enquired about our project or has shown interest in our project. It is your communication capabilities that may covert a lead to prospect. You need to have very good communication skills and need to have the art of selling.
- Checking for new leads that have been synced into the CRM through various marketing campaigns.
- Generating leads through cold calling on database provided.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our projects to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Convert leads into sales opportunities by providing persuasive and tailored information about our offerings.
- Convincing them to visit the site.
- Following up for site visits
- Proven experience of 06 months to 3 years in real estate tele-sales or lead generation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the Tamil and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Good computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Working hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
