EbixCash - Executive - Customer Service (1-4 yrs)
This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Executive based in Mumbai. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks may include handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, processing orders, and maintaining customer records. Please note that this role requires on-site presence in Mumbai.
