EBH.Life - Manager - National Cluster Sales (2-15 yrs)
1) Job Purpose:
i) To undertake the administrative job duties as it pertains to the sales department.
ii) To utilize your skills to make certain that all sales initiatives are supported by the right - Marketing & Sales Collaterals' to do their job.
iii) To meets with the other sales team members, including your Sales Department Head and/or the Company Co-Founders, to make plans regarding sales or how to improve the sales effectiveness.
2) Job Description:
i) Generate and process new sales - leads
ii) Understand the services being offered to the Company's existing Clients/Customers.
iii) Understand the Target Industries-and the Target Companies, Clients, Clusters, Organizations, and/or Customers- that the Company wishes to pursue - defined as Prospects
iv) Understand what the Company is selling and why.
v) Understand the Company's Sales Methodology including, but not limited to, the Communication Methodology used by the Company to reach out to Prospects.
vi) Identify the appropriate - Decision Maker within a Prospect's organization and establish initial contact.
vii) Build on a Database of various such Prospects, with accurate Contact Details of the Organization, as well as the Personnel.
viii) Collaborate with the Marketing, Partnerships & Alliances and Operations teams, to provide an appropriate - Sales Offering- to the prospect.
ix) Collaborate with the Marketing Team in the preparation of relevant - Sales Collaterals- (e.g. Sales Presentations, Brochures, Software Demos, etc.)
x) Conduct - Secondary research, using the Internet, Trade Shows/Events or any other means to aggregate Industry or specific Organization knowledge that might be helpful to the Sales effort.
xi) Establish a professional relationship with the Company's Clients or Customers.
xii) Respond to and deal with Client/Customer problems, if any, as they arise.
xiii) Take all sales information and put it into an easily readable format, using software tools being used in the Company.
xiv) Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with what the Company has sold them.
xv) Measure, Report and track sales - goals
xvi) Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team and/or the sales head.
xvii) Arrange appointments with clients and sales team (or Sales Head, as needed).
xviii) Manages logistics related to Client meetings & appointments.
xix) Any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents.
3) Compensation:
a) Cost-To-Company (CTC)- compensation shall be, INR. 2,52,000/- Per Year (INR. 21,000/- Per Month) and - Net Take-Home- compensation shall be, INR. 2,49,000/- Per Year (INR. 20,750/- Per Month).
b) Taxes and other deductions, as mentioned herein, as applicable shall be deducted.
c) On the satisfactory completion of the - Probation Period (- PP- )-, as described further in this letter, there will be a Compensation Review, and the Compensation may be revised to, INR. 3,30,000/- (CTC) Per Year (INR. 27,500/- Per Month), with applicable deductions, if any.
