Responsibilities :
- Monitor and report on sales performance.
- Manage and coach the sales team.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in technical sales.
- Previous industry experience.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 2-3 years of experience in area sales are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements :
- Must have their own vehicle.
- Willing to work from office.
- Must outperform given targets.
- Will go through a 2-6 month training cycle before being considered for a managerial position.
- Must go through 2 rounds of interviews.
