EasyRewardz - Manager/Senior Manager - Sales (5-12 yrs)

Role :

- The role requires to generate leads & close sales, from a defined Region. You should be an accomplished salesperson with an ability and will to travel and do whatever it takes to hit the target for the company. You should have the knack to keep on following up with brands on call, one on one, through web, fairs etc. You should be able to setup meetings with the owners or the CMO and travel to the corporates 60 to 70 % of the month to meet and push closures. You should have sold enterprise software on licensed or SaaS to enterprises.

- Knowledge of retail domain is plus but not mandated. You should like the jargons of technology. You would have a knack to close sales and have a history of sales success in a complex selling environment, the ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge. You should be well spoken, can command a room's attention and have high energy levels. You should consider your territory as your personal business. You should be ready to accept training as a source of constant growth.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Coaches and leads a team of up to three to five individual quota driven Sales Managers in developing sales skills and achieving sales goals in a Region.

- Should be able to recruit, manage sales teams and goals.

- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts

- Takes a leadership role organizationally in the ongoing drive to acquire new business

- Conducts weekly meetings with all sales managers to review performance and opportunities

- Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPI) for sales team

- Develops and implements creative sales programs in a team-based environment

- Maintains personal knowledge-base and acumen related to CRM products, the industry and leadership practices

- Identify new prospects and business opportunities. Conceive and implement territory-based lead generation activities for EasyRewardz product. Activities may include account meetings, demonstrations, industry meetings, prospecting, cold calling and account research.

- Maintain partner relations and has excellent experience in working in channel and direct sales approaches.

- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs

- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience & Skills :

The successful applicant will :

- Have a background in SaaS/B2B Technology applications.

- Have an understanding of the retail/hospitality/F&B industry

- Be data-driven, analytical and strategic

- Have proven global experience

- Have previously worked in a matrix organization

- Have worked with Enterprise businesses

- Have 5+ years Business Development and/or SaaS Sales experience, successfully selling technology solutions or services at the senior executive level specifically to the following types of decision makers within : CMO, Chief Digital Officer, CIO, CTO, CEO, Owner, MD of companies etc.

Candidate Profile :

- Driven, High Energy, Can-Do attitude

- Proven sales experience

- Track record of over-achieving quota

- Experience in managing teams and attaining quota of the team

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

- Work with the team to hit their targets and also IC with large brands

- Experience working on ZOHO or similar CRM systems

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics

- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills

- Strong communication and team management skills

- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude

- Solution Selling and Value Based Selling proficiency a must.

- Proven, verifiable quota attainment.

- Proficient with online presentation and training services (GoToMeeting), CRM and web reporting systems

- Strong intrapersonal skills and Executive presence

- Must be comfortable demonstrating software and speaking to technical and non-technical executives.
