EasyRewardz - Manager - Partnerships & Alliances (4-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Acquire and Contract New Brands across categories like Retail, Lifestyle, Entertainment, EdTech, F&B, Health and more
- Establish both Partnership Framework and Consumer Ecosystem through an effective sales process
- Strategic account targeting and establishing best practices to convert potential leads into legacy accounts
- Develop sales strategies to increase business revenue and maintaining broad based knowledge of competitive markets
- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships with a complete understanding of client needs to provide optimum business solutions.
- Monitor Marketing initiatives and Tactical Campaigns for the Partners
Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in a similar profile
- Experience in building a strong partnership network across industries Retail, Lifetsyle, Entertainment, EdTech, F&B, Health and more
- Excellent attention to detail in order to successfully manage all client relationships
- MBA Marketing from a premier institute
- Strong Communication skills, presentation skills and understanding of consumer Marketing, Technology appreciation
- Innovative and out of the box thinking
- Prior experience in relationship management and must be willing to travel across India
