Easyrewardz - Inside Sales Role (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails, and leads generated from webinars, trade shows, etc.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Perform effective demos to prospects
- Answer prospects' queries and send them the required pitch material
- Route qualified opportunities to the sales team for further development and closure
- Build an effective pipeline and achieve quarterly targets
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand database of prospects
- Conduct competitor benchmarking
Skills/Experience Required:
- Previous experience in an inside sales position in the SAAS organization
- Previous experience in selling CX solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Zoho
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent cold calling skills
- Ability to achieve targets
