EasyRewardz - Inside Sales Role (3-6 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails and leads generated from webinars, trade shows etc.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Answer prospects- queries and send them the required pitch material
- Route qualified opportunities to the sales team for further development and closure
- Build effective pipeline and achieve quarterly targets
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand database of prospects
- Conduct competitor benchmarking
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in inside sales position in SAAS organization
- Previous experience in handling SEA, ME and US markets
- Previous experience in selling CX solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Zoho
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent cold calling skills
- Ability to achieve targets
