EasyRewardz - eCommerce Campaign Lead (2-6 yrs)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Campaign Lead to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns aimed at driving traffic, sales, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of eCommerce marketing strategies, customer behavior, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce marketing campaigns to drive sales, customer acquisition, and retention across various channels (paid search, social media, email marketing, web events, web push, app push etc.).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, analytics) to define campaign goals, identify target audiences, and create compelling offers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Analytical Skills:

- Event Tracking & Attribution: Experience in understand and analyzing event tracking on websites (e.g., clicks, form submissions, downloads, search, browse, add cart, payment etc..) and understanding how different actions contribute to overall goals.

- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Proficiency in conducting A/B and multivariate testing to optimize website elements (e.g., CTAs, forms, layout) and measure the impact on user behavior and conversions.

2. Technical Skills:

- Tag Management Systems (TMS): Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager to implement tracking codes and manage events on the website without needing to modify code directly.

- CRM and Marketing Automation Tools: Experience using CRM platforms (e.g.,HubSpot, Salesforce, Clever Tap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Netcore etc..) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Klaviyo) to trigger behavior-based emails, push notifications, or on-site pop-ups.

3. Marketing and Campaign Skills:

- Email & Retargeting Campaigns: Expertise in creating email campaigns or retargeting ads based on website events, such as cart abandonment, viewing specific products, or engaging with certain content.

- Proven experience in SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS (Rich Communication Services) marketing or customer communication.

- Experience with enterprise SMS platforms such as Twilio, Infobip, Nexmo, Gupshup or MSG91 and RCS platforms

- Experience with enterprise email marketing platforms SendGrid, Mailgun, Netcore etc.

- Hands on experience on smooth customer onboarding and email volume warmup for a seamless customer experience.

- Launch and manage digital campaigns across multiple channels including paid search (Google Ads), display advertising, social media (Facebook, Instagram), email, affiliate marketing, website events, app etc.

- Oversee content creation, ensuring all creative assets are aligned with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with the design, content, and product teams to develop creative and engaging ad content.

4. Communication & Collaboration Skills:

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work with other teams (e.g., UX/UI designers, developers, product managers) to implement and optimize tracking and campaigns.

5. Knowledge of Behavioral Tools and Platforms:

- Analytics Platforms: Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools for tracking behavior, events, and conversions on the website.

- Heatmaps & Session Recordings: Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or Full Story for understanding user interactions, such as heatmaps, scroll maps, and session recordings.

- Behavioral Automation Tools: Experience with tools like OptinMonster, VWO, or Dynamic Yield for setting up automated behavior-based campaigns (e.g., exit intent pop-ups, on-site messaging, etc.)

Additional Soft Skills:

- Attention to Detail: Ensuring all tracking, data collection, and campaign execution are accurate and free from errors.

- Creativity: Ability to come up with creative ways to use behavioral data for campaign personalization and engagement.

- Time Management & Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing, digital advertising, or campaign management, preferably within an eCommerce environment.

- Proven experience with eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Netcore, Clever Tap, WebEngage, MoEngage etc.

- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention strategies, and the online sales funnel.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
