Easyrewardz - Channel Partner (8-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Setting up new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.
- Implementing channel marketing plans set out by the channel marketing team.
- Working closely with sales teams within the channel partner to train and advise.
- Regularly meeting with counterparts with partner organization.
- Monthly reporting on sales KPI's within channel partners.
- Working to sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Director.
- Giving feedback to the marketing team on the success of sales promotions.
- Addressing customer service issues as raised by the channel partner.
- Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners.
- Working on cross selling opportunities within the organization.
- Working with technical and non-technical teams
- Creating a strong lead funnel from Channel Partners
- Training the sales teams of channel partners
Experience & Skills
- The successful applicant will:
- Have a background in SaaS/B2B Technology applications.
- Have an understanding of the retail/hospitality/F&B industry
- Be data-driven, analytical and strategic
- Have proven global experience
- Have previously worked in a matrix organization
- Have worked with Enterprise businesses
- Driven, High Energy, Can-Do attitude
- Proven sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Previous experience of driving channel sales ideally within the same product category and channel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.
- Strong personal network within the industry.
- Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales.
- Professional sales training would be an advantage but not essential.
- Solution Selling and Value Based Selling proficiency a must
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working on ZOHO or similar CRM systems
- Excellent team management skills
- Should be able to work in teams and IC
- Should have individually gone and closed deals from contact to closure
- Should be ready to travel
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Have been and lead teams with company revenues grown in excess of $5 million
- Proficient with online presentation and training services (GoToMeeting), CRM and web reporting systems
- Strong intrapersonal skills and Executive presence
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including an energetic,enthusiastic and compelling sales presence.
- Must be comfortable demonstrating software and speaking to technical and nontechnical executives
Qualification & Working Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required. Master's degree desired
- Solution Selling and Value Based Selling proficiency a must.
- 7+ years Business Development and/or SaaS Sales experience and channel building experience in software, ERP, CRM, Enterprise products, successfully selling technology solutions or services at the senior executive level specifically to the
following types of decision makers within: CMO, Chief Digital Officer, CIO, CTO, CEO,Owner,MD of companies etc.
- Proven, verifiable quota attainment.
- Proficient with online presentation and training services (GoToMeeting), CRM and web reporting systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and Executive presence
