easyOffice - Business Development Manager (1-10 yrs)
Mission :
- Be passionate about Sales
- Research prospective clients in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement with decision makers that answers the client's needs, concerns and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with design team to ensure that requirements are met, wherever necessary.
- Grow and maintain relationship with current clients and identify new prospects through cold calling to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Brief - debrief. Plan the sales pitch well. Expert persuasion and skilful negotiation is required to close deals positively.
- Work seamlessly with the team and regularly update progress on meetings.
- Be an expert at conflict management and solutions delivery.
- Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning.
- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date on competition.
- Be the face of Easy Office and represent the values that the company stands for.
