EasyNow - Executive - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
Business Development Executive
Responsibilities :
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Meeting clients and giving presentations and ensure for closure
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Comfortable doing on-field work meeting clients one to one.
- When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include:
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Requirements :
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaint
- Socially adept
- Good with numbers
- Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people
- Strong communication fluency
- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisation
Work Experience 2.5- 3 years proven in same domain
Job Location : Kandivali (West), Mumbai.
Job Timings: 10.00 am TO 7.00 pm ( Sunday Holiday )
Salary: Rs.15000 per month to Rs.25000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Medical Benefits
