EasyFix - Executive - Client Servicing (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
The business is grown from manual to automation and it's time to get technology adoption done. We are looking for people who can enforce rules and regulations and drive others to work as per them :
1. Consistently make outbound phone calls, check email, entry in CRM, coordinate for customer satisfaction.
2. Make weekly reports and manage the relationship with the client.
3. Develop bonding and rapport with prospects and clients.
4. Look out for opportunities to increase business.
5. Follow up relentlessly (and respectfully) on qualified prospects.
6. Mandatory participation in regular sales meetings and extensive and ongoing training.
Qualifications :
