Easy Fix - Executive - Client Servicing (1-3 yrs)
This position; responsibilities :
1. Cultivate solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sale service.
2. Identify new business opportunities through client referrals.
3. Creative a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
4. Regularly interacting with clients through telephone, calls, emails communication or face to face meetings.
5. Maintaining an accurate record of existing and potential clients.
6. Ensuring that the correct terms of sales are entered into the client database to prevent avoidable billing issues.
Client service Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or industry-related field.
2. 1+ Years of proven experience working as a client service executive.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
4. Working Knowledge Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
5. The ability to work Under pressure.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
