Easy Aspataal - Relationship Manager - Sales (0-2 yrs)
What You Will Do ?
- As a relationship manager, you will build and maintain professional relationships with key corporate clients. You will serve as a "corporate advocate," following the corporate client referred and a team- based approach along with the internal teams to ensure quality outcomes. As a relationship manager, you will develop strategic plans to successfully manage and grow accounts.
Responsibilities and Role and not limited to :
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.
- Build and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify clients needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
- Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
Skill Requirements :
- Excellent problem Solving and relationship-building skills required.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
- Must have strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.
- Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a deadline driven environment
