Eastman - Export Sales/International Sales (3-10 yrs)
ROLE :
- Business development for Industrial & Solar Batteries or Battery/Inverter/UPS in African/ European/ Asian countries.
- New Market & customer development
- Subsequently grow the Brand to reach 1 Million Batteries /per annum of exports in the next 5 years.
- Drive the Divisional Sales as a Profit Center manager of his Territory contributing to exponential growth in clientele, distributor Network, Brand Expansion and customer delivery mechanism.
- Should be ready to travel extensively and has a capacity to penetrate within networks of scale.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE :
- Experienced and traveled to European, Asian and African countries for Sales of Engineering and Or / Automotive Products.
- Extensive Experience in Business Development especially with entering new markets where the brand is previously not known.
- Extensive Experience in Key Account Management.
- Atleast 3 Years+ Experience in a Leadership role in International Sales.
- Experience in managing a large territory consisting of various countries and diversified geographical locations.
- Must have as an Export Sales Manager
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
- Knowledge of international contract terms, foreign currencies, tariffs and trading regulations would be added advantage
- Foreign language skills (added advantage preferable French)
- The ability to work to deadlines and committed timelines
- Knowledge of economics, business and accounting.
- The ability to use IT effectively as per client/order needs
- Delegating and leadership skills. and well organized.
Countries Handling : European and Asian Countries along with Southern and Eastern Africa
