General Manager - Marketing & Sales

The person is to head the marketing division of a fast growing EPC company having its own manufacturing facility.

- Shall be solely responsible for generating business as per monthly, quarterly and yearly target set by the management.

- Shall lead an initial team size of 2-5 middle level marketing personnel to generate enquiry, make client visit and would be responsible for business closing in line with the policies of the company.

The current growth rate of the company is above 50% annually and would look forward to grow at more than the current business growth level without compromising the basic contribution margin.

Shall have complete independence in formulating marketing plan, policies and target markets. Plan to make the company a premier EPC company of the country over a span of 3-5 years.

JOB Description of General Manager- Marketing & Slaes

- Managing business in all vertical - Project, Workshop, Boilers, Tanks manufacturing.

- To devise strategies for real time and effective market intelligence to achieve business target.

- Will actively work with all RCM/Site Head for smooth execution of work and timely revenue collection.

- Will submit report of monthly/ quarterly/ annually current sales position, marketing plan, short fall and corrective action.

Desired Profile :

- BTECH (Mechanical)/MBA with above 15 years of experience in manufacturing industry.(With sound knowledge in mechanical industry will be an added advantage).

- Should have worked minimum 5 years in heading marketing division.

- Good leadership quality to manage sales team.

- Be proactive, friendly and well spoken.

- Should have natural ability to networking and building long lasting relationship with client.

- Clients mostly are large corporate, infrastructure industries in Steel, Aluminum, Power, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers & process & line manufacturing units.
