East Point Hospital - Manager- Sales - Referral Doctors (8-10 yrs)
- Handling Team to Develop Referral Business, Building Relations with Referral Doctors.
- Meeting Referral Doctors.
- Develop and Manage the Effective Marketing Strategies for Business Development.
- Competition Mapping, Brand Building, Creation of internal Sales Process and Successful Implementation of Corporate initiatives.
- Coordination between Team Mates, Operations and finance for Smooth Process flow in respective of Focus Areas.
- Initiate, build, nurture and manage the relationship with key doctors and network hospitals in the region or assigned geography.
- Neighborhood marketing activities - Organize various health talks, health camps at Residential Welfare Associations and with NGO's.
- Conducts CME, Camps and Health Talks, Plan and Organize Innovative Campaigns to Increase Referral and Brand Awareness,
- Participate in Doctors Association programs, Empanelment of Consultants & Visiting Consultants.
- Tie up with Hospitals and Nursing Homes for Business Development.
